Each school year we ask all parents and guardians to provide updated contact information so we can ensure timely communication throughout the school year using our Returning Student Information Form. Additionally, this form also provides permission to use our Computers, Chromebooks and iPads, permission for the school nurse to treat your student, etc and your student will not have access to those services without your expressed authorization. We ask for your cooperation in completing this form by the deadline of August 30th.
On June 21st, a Snapcode will be sent by email to each address provided for your student. Updated instructions and the link to the form are available here. If you did not provide the district with an email address your Snapcode will be mailed to the student's primary address. If you do not have access to a computer or device to submit the form, we have Chromebooks available for use, by appointment only.
